Starting the company back in 2004 at the age of 21, Prestige director Patrick O’Sullivan has grown from a one-man operation to now, over 120 employee’s, delivering civil construction works of all forms to local government. With a friendly yet no-nonsense approach to work, his professionalism and easy-going nature makes collaborating with him and the Prestige team, not only a worthwhile investment but a rewarding experience. For the past 19 years, Patrick has built a brand known and respected for honesty and integrity. Patrick’s focus and vision for the company’s future is to continue with its ongoing growth within the government sector, being a complete service provider in the civil industry, as well as building on a great culture for the Prestige team to thrive in. Successful experience including embedding cultures of risk mitigation, systems and process, high performance and accountability to enable sustainability for growth. An approachable down to earth executive that gets things done.

Chief Financial Officer

A commercially astute CPA qualified financial executive with over 26 years of accounting and commercial experience across manufacturing, construction, property development and hire industries. Systems and process driven with proven experience of delivering a greater return on ERP systems and in achieving productivity gains and cost savings from business process improvement. Experience in leading the finance function to add value as a business partner based on the mindset that all internal departments are customers, and the accuracy and timing of data is pivotal to the success of any business.

Operations Manager Asphalt / Traffic Management

Ashley started with Prestige Civil Group back in 2008 as a labourer but with such an ambitious attitude and great work ethic, it wasn’t long before Ashley worked his way up through the business to become Asphalt Manager. Since Ashely has taking on the role, Prestige have experienced strong growth within this area, securing countless long-term contracts with local councils and building strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Traffic Manager

Tim has been an integral part of the Prestige Civil Group family for over 2 years, with a combined knowledge of 12 years in the industry. Tim has proven to run an efficient and effective team to handle all internal and external traffic solutions. Specialising in road maintenance asphalt, profiling and civil works, Tim has adapted and grown the traffic division to be at the fore front of the industry. While continuing to build incredible rapport with clients and external stakeholders.

Premix Plant & Soilyard Manager

With over 13 years of experience in the concrete industry (originally starting as a Concrete “Aggi” Delivery Driver), has developed skills on how to maintain and run a concrete plant, from operating loaders to designing new concrete mixes and scheduling daily jobs. He is dedicated to producing the best quality concrete and providing exceptional service to our clients. Grant’s passion for the concrete industry is evident in his work and his ability to teach and guide others on our team. His extensive knowledge and experience make him an important asset to our team and a valuable contributor to our mission of providing top-quality concrete and service to our clients. Grant oversees our clean-fill site and soil blending facility as well as being responsible for running our bulk tippers, which feed our concrete plant and supply quarry materials to the external marketplace. With Grant’s skills and expertise, we are confident in our ability to meet the needs of our clients and exceed their expectations. We are proud to have Grant as a member of our team and look forward to the continued success he brings to our company.

Jade has 5 years experience in multi-faceted People & Human Resources roles. With exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for talent and developing rising stars, Jade is continuing to expand her network in the industry and bolster our teams’ people skills, performance, engagement, and culture.

An experienced, well-respected and approachable HSEQ professional, with 30+ years in heavy construction, mining, and civil work providers, with a purposeful endeavour to reduce workplace incidents through the development of an empowered, self-aware and professional workforce. Vahid, a seasoned Construction Manager with 15 years of experience, specialises in road construction, maintenance, and sustainable procurement. He brings a strategic focus and a strong commitment to safety and quality to his projects.

Fleet Manager

Grant is an accomplished Fleet Manager with an impressive 18-year career in Operations, Transport, and Branch Management within the transport industry. Throughout his career, he has effectively overseen operations, managed large teams, and demonstrated exceptional proficiency in various facets of fleet and equipment maintenance management.

Reinstatement Manager

Starting out his career on the tools, Elias is a highly motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented Project and Operations Manager with a remarkable 9 years of experience spanning across civil, asphalt, and concrete. His journey in the industry has cultivated a profound understanding of various aspects, and his approach reflects a hands-on learning and leadership style.
