Currently, we are seeking a number of experienced Asphalters to join our Reinstatement/Maintenance team on a full-time basis. You will attend to multiple jobs in one day predominantly throughout the south East suburbs of Melbourne, with base location of Bayswater North.
Duties:
- Road pavement maintenance
- Asphalt paving & patching work
- Rake hand
- Excavator & bobcat operation
- Wheelbarrow work
- Driving Flocon (MR, HR (Manual) & HC licence – different trucks)
- Shovel work
- Site clean up
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Asphalt & plant operation
- Red/White Construction Card
- Drivers licence / MR or HR licence highly regarded
- Excavator ticket + experience
- Bobcat ticket + experience
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening
